Daniel was a huge help for us when we were buying our home. He is very professional, organized, methodic, and transparent, qualities that made us feel we were in good hands. He takes the time to explain everything, even the smallest of details. He kept us in the loop the entire time of the closing process. There were no delays, and everything worked out perfectly, like a Swiss watch. If he needed any additional information, he would explain whatever it was being requested and why it was requested. Always available either by phone or email. Extremely positive attitude. Great leader, great person. Interested in getting the best deal possible for you and that you're satisfied at the end of the process. EXCELLENCE. I was in the market to buy a home. I'm 50 years old and have purchased over 5 homes in my adult life. I've always used a bank to finance my mortgage and decided to shop around and interview 3 companies recommended to me by colleagues. The first company was a broker who frankly was smug and when asked what services he can assist me with he said I should trust him since he's been doing this for decades. The second company was a bank loan officer with a similar disposition. The third company, Ultimate Mortgage was a complete match. Daniel took his time, explained the process and provided with me with a comprehensive plan. Prior to looking for a lender, I looked at several youtube videos related to using a broker vs bank, after speaking with Daniel I was sold that Ultimate Mortgage was the fit for me. From the beginning I was given sound advise on how to make an offer that would be accepted. My offer was accepted within 24 hours. Throughout the process, Daniel and his team kept me updated of the process and dealt with the lender which made it much easier for me. In the past, I had used banks for mortgages and it was difficult to speak with anyone. The only time I heard from the lender was when they needed something and it made me feel like I was in the dark. UMortgage on the other hand was professional, available and very knowledgeable. When I close on my home, Daniel showed up which has NEVER been done before. Daniel and his team are amazing and I highly recommend their company.
